These details are evaluated for statistical purposes. These details are only evaluated to improve our product and then deleted. They do not allow you to be identified.


Personal details are only collected if you voluntarily provide us with them when placing you order, opening a customer account or registering for our newsletter (coming soon). We only use the details you have provided without your separate consent for performing and processing your order. Once the contract has been performed and payment made in full your details are blocked for other uses and they are deleted once the retention periods under tax and commercial law have expired unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your details. On registering for the newsletter your email address is used for some promotional purposes until you cancel the newsletter. Cancellation is possible at any time.


2. Forwarding of personal details

Your details are forwarded to the shipping company tasked with delivery where required for delivery of the goods. We forward your payment details to the credit institution tasked with payment processing.


3. Right to information

In accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act you are entitled to free information about the details stored about you as well as, where applicable, correction, blocking or deletion of these details.
